Handle Inbound/outbound calls from/to customers related to application processing
Welcome calls and activation calls to customers
Addressing the emails/chat / calls from customers
Flexible to work in 24/5 shift. Rotational Shift
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills
Good typing skills
Should be able to work only night shift if required.

Education:
Fresher- Any Graduate(Except Post Graduates)
Experience- Any Graduates with Call handling Experience (Excellent Communication)
Note: 2019 passed out will not be eligible.
Experience: 0 - 3 Years (Excellent Communication)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
