Designation : Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Hiring Guidelines

Package : Up to 18000 Ctc + Petrol allowance + Incentives

Role: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) :

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving the sales across following categories in Services business across

categories

• Lead the complete cycle of new customer acquisition, on boarding and service delivery
• Executing seamlessly the key initiatives focused on category penetration in existing

customers & retention

Key Skills

• Minimum 6 Months of experience in field sales
• Qualifications required: Any Degree

Ability to sell

• Ability to handle customers efficiently
• Good communication skills.
• Influencing Skills
• Capability to grow in a competitive environment

Candidate Requirement :

1.Must have a two-wheeler (Bike)

2.Must have a Smart Phone

3.Currently travels daily and does around 50 Kms.

4. Good understanding of the territory.
