Job Description
We are hiring System Engineer behalf of our leading client with contract to hire job role for 3 Months of period @ Bangalore . Candidate having 3 - 5 + years of overall experience in general supervision, provide On Site Information Technology (IT) support to end-users projects. Following as the detailed JD ;
Roles and Responsibilities
Adhere to established IT policies, procedures and standards and ensure conformance with information systems, goals and procedures.
Install, upgrade, troubleshoot and support OS, Microsoft Office and any other approved EUS applications
Maintain a working knowledge of Service Desk and IT Operations procedures related to client services.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the day-to-day operating environment, available tools and applications.
Monitor tickets assigned to the queue and respond quickly and effectively to requests.
Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required to resolve issues as quickly as possible or that are exceeding target dates.
Assist with onboarding of new users
Perform IT asset management as per ITAM guidelines
Responsible for adhering to EUS compliance standard.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Working knowledge of industry standards with regards to end user systems and network.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field; with 3 plus years of experience of PC hardware and software (Microsoft operating systems and applications suites, email systems, etc.) within a network environment or equivalent combination of training and experience.
