Experience :Minimum 1-2 Years as a ABM / BM in Life Insurance is only preferred

Job description:

BMs KRA & Responsibilities:

• Execution of sales strategy with FOS.
• Responsible for recruitment and management of leads.
• Train and motivate team to provide a better understanding of market / products.
• Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business
• Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
• Supervise and liaise with Self Help Group /Micro Finance Institution /NGOs etc.
• Recruitment and Branch Attrition control.
