Job Description

• Answer calls/mails professionally to provide information about products and obtain details of complaints.
• Recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Process complaints and queries with the help of concern department.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
• Maintaining tracker of complaints and queries received
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products to increase sales
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them
