Job Description

SCRUM MASTER-L2 HYDERABAD
Responsibilities
1. Manage each Board's scope and timeline with proper visibility to Leadership Teams. Facilitate agile ceremonies, e.g. product backlog refinement, preplanning, planning, daily standups, coordinate sprints and reviews, retrospectives. Continuous feedback on progress, what went well, what are blockers. Helps in Conflicts resolution across cross functional Teams.
2. Facilitate meetings with external customers (demand owner),demo and supports decision-making processes, in terms of work in pipeline, impediments, in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
3. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration across Stakeholders. Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) for work in motion as part of backlogs or current sprints.
4. Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new demands. Help to create Product Roadmap with vision and strategy.
5. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur and help teams implement changes effectively.
6. Experience in work and effort estimation and planning. He / She knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans to achieve the Goals from an Organizational Initiative perspective.
7. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
8. Establish KPIs for Agile Metrices, health of Sprints and guide teams to higher scrum maturity
9. Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it. Coach team members in Agile frameworks
10. Experience in ISMS IT Audit and Controls, Identity and Access Management would be great.
Technical Requirements
The IAM-Entitlement Management Portfolio is modernizing with an aim of building Agile DevOps capability at its heart and a focus on efficiency, automation, and improved transparency. With distinguished ADO Boards, there is an aspiration to implement DevOps pipeline running through Sprints from requirement, through source control, to automated build and packaging, to automated deployment on environments and test execution. The current service has 4 challenging Boards managing SOX Audit, IAM Access controls around vast Enterprise SAP landscapes. We are looking for an engaged and passionate SCRUM Master who can help to accelerate our journey into a true DevOps world with more automations. He / She would play a critical role in working closely with us as part of the Service to help us in establishing an automated work pipeline to develop, test, release work packages that meets the demand needs. He / She will contribute to the success of our agile journey while also rapidly learning and further developing their own skills.
1. He / She has wide experience as a SCRUM Master managing/establishing a DevOps pipeline and is up-to-date on a wide spectrum of modern technologies and methods.
2. He / She has experience in continuous integration/delivery concepts and tools (Jenkins, Pipelines, TFS, Team City, Octopus Deploy, etc.) and virtualization and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, VMWare, etc.)
3. Exposure to configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, DSC, etc.)
4. Exposure to cloud infrastructure platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
