Interview process:- Telephonic Only

Job Location - Work From Office - Tech Mahindra, Sharda Center, Karve Road, Kothrud, Pune

Language - English Primary, Marathi Secondary

Job role:- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

Solve customer quiries and provide proper resolutons.

Required Skills: -
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication skills In ENGLISH.

Qualification: - 10+2 / Diploma with Min 6 Months Experience in BPO or Graduate Fresher

Salary:- 180000 Lac PA

Shift Timing: - Rotational Shift

Age:- 18 to 30 Yrs
