Job Description
In a nutshell we require sales guys who are comfortable selling over phone calls and emailscan pitch and convert leads to admissions for Seal Professionals online professional programs. This person must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day (70-100), generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
- Designation: Inside Sales Representative (Career counsellor)
- Introduction
oAn career counsellor will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition goal and revenue growth objectives.
- Desired Profile:
oWe are looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales rep with strong phone presence and experience of dialling dozens of calls per day.
- Responsibilities
oSource new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
oResponsible for student admission and achieve their targets
oUnderstand customer needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program
oClose sales and achieve quarterly quotas
oCounselling, Interacting with students and Parents.
oSupport students one on one in their selection of course, application process and meeting application deadlines.
oShould be able to assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the application process.
oProvide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.
oCoordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants.
- Requirement
oAbility to empathize with students and build relationships through conversations
oProven inside sales experience
oTrack record of over-achieving quota
oExperience working with CRM
oExcellent verbal and written communications skills
oStrong listening and presentation skills
