1.Job Role : Network Support Engineer, Location : Coimbatore , Resource Required : 4 Members, Salary : CTC : CTC : 3 lakhs & Above based on their performance.

Key Attributes:

BE/B.Tech., with relevant experience of minimum 2 -3 years
CCNA certification recommended
Willingness to travel on need basis

Required Skill sets:

Strong knowledge on networking switching and routing.
Strong knowledge of Copper /Fiber.
Strong Knowledge about WI-FI & Modem Configuration
Strong knowledge in TCP/IP and OSI models
Experience in handling Routing Protocols like RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and ISIS
Experience in implementing Fabric enabled wireless networks
Experience in VLAN, VXLAN, STP, Policy Based Routing, NAT, SVL, IP SLA, Wireless, IPSEC, SSL VPN and Security
Knowledge in Unified Thread Management, Multicast networks.
Knowledge on implementation of ACI, SDA & ISE.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Should be able to work with Team

Responsibilities:

Own a list of assigned customers and ensure all their supports needs are satisfied and future leads identified.
Troubleshoot all critical issues and provide solutions on time
Co-ordinate with vendors and OEMs and resolving critical issues
Keep all project related customer issues under control and minimize escalations and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction in all projects.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wireless and security products and solutions
Implement campus network and wireless solutions
Maintain Support operations and uptime of 99.99% with strict SLA parameters.
