Position: Software Tester
Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline
Experience: 2+Years of experience in Software Testing
Work Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Shift: 11am to 8pm /12pm-9pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
o Create test plans and test cases validating application requirements
o Design, document and execute test cases, record, document and analyze test results
o Identify, confirm, report and manage defects through resolution
o Conduct test case reviews to ensure requirement coverage
o Perform functional, installation and performance testing
o Create and execute manual test plans and test cases for assigned components/features
o Report test status to Department and Project Management
o Contribute to QA team process improvement

Requirements:
o Bachelor or Master's Degree
o Minimum of 2 to 3 years in Quality Assurance and/or Software Engineering experience
o Experience in functional automated test tools (, TestComplete, Scripting.)
o Experience with at least one scripting/programming language
o Possess strong technical and analytical skills, along with a high level of attention to detail
o Excellent English communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation
