Optum, incredible ideas in one incredible company and a singular opportunity to do your lifes best work.(sm)Primary Responsibilities:Ensure adherence to SAM policies and procedures throughout the enterprise by conducting regular internal software audits, evaluationsEnsure the Softwares installed are compliant as per License T&CWork on Audit processes and need to work on unapproved, unlicensed softwares and work on de-install project appropriatelyPerform Software Compliance reviews for Desktop and Server Applications (Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, MicroFocus, Oracle)Ensure Software Inventory database feeds are complete and accurateRealize opportunities for asset optimization and ensure mitigation of risks associated with IT Software assetsMonitor Software Procurement activities and ensuring approved, appropriate license are procuredWork with local and on-shore (USA) team for Negotiations and SOW approvals, Software Audit and Compliance processesDay to day reporting and preparing weekly, monthly reports for higher managementManage and resolve end users queries and concerns with respect to Softwares and handle the escalations, if any
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
