Designation: L2 Customer Support -Voice and Inside Sales.

Job Criteria

• We are looking for smart, energetic and enthusiastic candidate with Good Communication Skills.
• Minimum 6 months of Experience is Mandatory.
• Not taking candidates with more than 4 yr experience. 
• Graduates orUnder graduates are eligible.
• Proficiency in Hindi & English is Mandatory
• Laptop with Wireless Broadband connection is mandatory
• Need Immediate Joiners who can join with in 2-3 days 

Job Specification:

1. Working Days: 6 Days a Week + Rotational Off
2. Work Timing: Day Shift
3. Job Location: Sarjapur Road, Bangalore
4. Salary Offered: 16k - 24K after all deduction. 

Job Role:

Customer Support - Voice

• Handling the inbound and outbound calls of the customer.
• Understand the requirement.
• Maximum Customer Satisfaction. 
• Understand the customer needs and forward the details with sales department.

Inside Sales:

• Act as relationship manager for the Paid customers 
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through
• open and interactive communication
• Identify and assess customers needs
• Service customer in finding the right tenant / house as per the requirement of customer
• Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads.
• Keep customer up-to date on the progress of his account.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
