Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Mum- Thane .
Qualification: MBA / Graduate
Job Description:
Responsible for making error free Outbound Calls and provide complete information related to Trade verification confirmation to client along with taking RM & Services feedback/ Other Service calls
Identify if any fraud during client interaction and raise a ticket related to trade dispute or Service issue against the respective client for further follow up and escalation
Call back/ internal department coordination wherever required without delay
Job Specification:
Good communication in English, Hindi
Minimum 6 months experience related to same profile from Stock Market with Basic knowledge of Stock Market functioning
Good at communication Oral/Written.
Good at MS office
Aggressive, team-oriented attitude.
Possess clear voice tone and customer service skills
