Roles and Responsibilities

We have a opening for Export documentation executive @ Kolkata location.


JOB DESCRIPTION :


SAP knowledge preferable

Candidate Should be focused on Order-To-Cash process / Customer Service / Logistic

background

Experience in International Trade (Exportation documents will be issued locally)

Issue and monitoring Export documents

Experience with Letter of Credit and/or Cash against document

Core Responsibility:

Providing ongoing support of the sales force in the field

Order entry and tracking in SAP, post-processing as well as complaint management and

customer care activities

Interface function to the customers as well as to all internal departments along the sales

process (Logistics, Sales Force, Transportation)

Transport planning and creation of export documents (such as Invoice, Packing List,

Certificates of Origin, check of Transportation documents)

Responsibility for accounts receivable management (proactive Dunning Process)

Providing ongoing communication with internal and external contacts

Some technical requirements:


Higher commercial education (especially knowledge of foreign trade)

Relevant professional experience in export processing (Foreign Trade such as Inco Terms,

International Payment terms as Letter of Credits, Cash ag. Documents)

Very good knowledge of MS Office

SAP knowledge (module SD) will be desirable

Experience in the processing of letters of credit/cash against documents will also be an

advantage

Very good spoken and written English skills are mandatory. German or French will be

considered as a great plus.


  • SAP R/3 knowledge preferable
  • I need persons who focused on Order-To-Cash process  / Customer Service / Logistic background
