Implementation, Integration and troubleshooting cloud compute, storage and managed services resources such as Identity and Access Management, Directory Information Services, DDOS.
Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Interact with clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems, networks or resolve issues. It could include travel and extended stay outside base station for the purpose of installations and troubleshooting.
Support the roll-out and installation of new applications.
