Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Contact with house owners / property sellers (property developers) and get premium advertisement
  • Researching the market and related products
  • Presenting the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
  • maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • The ability and desire to sell
  • A positive, confident and determined approach
  • Candidates well versed with the local language would be preferable
  • Willness to work as part time sales agent ( 5 hours a day)
  • 5 days working
