Roles and Responsibilities

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients. Our client is one of the leading MNC in Pune location.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate

- 1 to 5 yrs experience in collection support function and Account receivable O2C process.

- Efficiently use resources to research, resolve and respond to complex customer issue

- Make outbound calls on outstanding accounts Uk & US based customers

- Efficiently use resources to research, resolve and respond to complex customer issues

• Identify collections issues and forward them for resolution
• Provide customers with correspondence
• Perform uploads to customer websites
• Ability to effectively probe conversation to understand customers wants and needs
