Job Description

Job Summary: As the Project Coordinator, youll be primarily responsible for ensuring project schedules are adhered to. You will also manage the design and site delivery team's performance of delegated responsibilities. Youre expected to take on the responsibility as project SPOC and will be the go to person for anything related to the project.

Responsibilities and Duties: You will be responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project/ program management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects. You will supervise the design and site delivery teams performance of delegated responsibilities. Any deviation in the scope at site suggested by the client needs to be discussed immediately with the Project Manager and take official approval for next steps. You will coordinate communication and foster teamwork between all the project stakeholders. You will establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the Client and Company.

Experience and knowledge in working drawings is essential. Ability to understand drawings and construction documnets. Knowledge in Material as well as MEP (Mechanical, electric and Plumbing) is essential
