Position- HR Recruiter

Location- Mumbai

Experience- Minimum 6 months BFSI recruitment

Job Description:

• Review resumes and analyse them
• Search job sites for potential candidates as per requirement
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
• 1^st level screening, scheduling, salary negotiation and on boarding of the candidate, using reliable recruiting tools and selection methods
• Create job postings that are articulate, professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates, posting these ads on various online and offline resources
• Serve as the liaison between the stakeholder and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions and other details before and after interviews
• Maintain paperwork on applicants throughout the process for new hires.
