For software developers, learning programming languages needs to be practical. This is where the startup has helped more than 15000 students to turn theory into practical knowledge. Currently, offering 9 courses the startup has played a catalyst for thousands of students to land jobs at tech giants like Google, Amazon, Adobe, and Walmart. The startup enables students to follow a comprehensive curriculum and seek help from industry experts without facing any geological barrier.

The founders of the startup are the alumnus of acclaimed institutes like IIT Delhi and Stanford University with experience of working in Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India.   As a   Relationship Manager, you will be required to help parents / students resolve their queries and ensure the learning experience is hassle free. You should be patient, empathetic, and communicative.   What you will do:
  • Managing on-boarding of students and parents.
  • Managing classes on a daily basis. Ensuring that parents and students are communicated about the classes.
  • Managing class rescheduling requests and coordinating with Tech team to execute this in backend to manage ongoing classes.Managing and executing ad hoc requests from parents as well.
  • Seeking opportunities to upsell to existing clients.
  • Aiming to engage and preserve customers and cultivating profitable relationships as well.
  • Ensuring that the feedback cycle of parents/ students is maintained and take actions based on the feedback.
  • Making daily trackers for student operations team as well as manage daily inbound/ outbound email flow.
  • Communicating with customers via calls, messages and email.
  • Maintaining Documentation of all parents queries and ensure that they are resolved in time.

What you need to have:

  • Ed-tech experience is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent skills on MS Office, Documentation, Advanced Excel eg. VLookUp.
  • Customer Satisfaction Focus: Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking
  • Project management: Remarkable detail orientation for making accurate trackers
  • Database management: Quick query response and resolution.
  • Competent time management skills
  • Self-motivated
