JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

BEARING Industrial Sales Mandatory

1.BrandDevelopment

  • Accountable for maintaining and growingBrandwise Sales
  • Accountable to set annual targets along with the Director and successfully achieve them
  • Responsible to increaseBrandShare and profitability index
  • Responsible for increasing quotation conversation ratio
  • Responsible to develop and manage Principal relationships

2.BrandVisibility

  • Responsible for increasingBrandvisibility at All India level
  • Responsible to increase customer base andbrandtargets
  • Accountable for expansion of VEPLbrand(new areas / locations)

3. Collection

  • Responsible for timely collections of payments from customers as per the credit limits and credit period assigned to them

4. After Sales Service

  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints related tobrands and ensure customer delight
  • Take regular feedback from customers regarding thebrand

5. Process Improvement

  • Implementation of best practices within the department
  • Implement quality and productivity improvement tools like Quality circle, quality groups etc
  • Push for Automation wherever required
  • Ensure 100% documentation in ERP

6. Legal & Compliance

  • Be constantly updated with all laws, compliance and regulations applicable to this department thereby ensuring maximum benefits/profits

7. Team Management

  • Lead & monitor the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process and in meeting individual & group targets
  • Conduct regular internal meetings & training sessions to boost the technical and soft skills of the team members
  • Create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members

8. Safety & Security

  • Suggest and implement various Safety and Security Policies from time to time and ensure they are strictly followed each day
  • Ensure zero accidents to life, property and company assets

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

  • Excellent Team management skills and Leadership qualities
  • Strong crisis management and time management skills
  • Should be assertive and have an eye for detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure by meeting deadlines
  • Confident
