Job Description for Team Leader, Assistant Manager or Manager for Outbound Sales Process: -

• Good communication skills
• Have good knowledge in Digital Marketing (Outbound Sales)
• Team handling experience of 40 - 100 TSO's
• Data management & having Dialer Knowledge
• Must have Experience in Telesales outbound process
• Aware About the basic KRA and KPI's
• Knowledge of Attrition and Shrinkage
• Must have experience in hardcore sales outbound
• Quick thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must have dialer knowledge (Modes of Dialer and must have worked on Dialer)
• Must aware about rostering and manpower planning and people management and Billing.
• If experience in credit card sales would be highly preferred.

Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
Working Days : 6 Days a Week
