Looking for Sales & Marketing person (male)
Position:--Office/Sr. Officer/Assitant Sales Manager
Job Location:--Jaipur, Delhi, Indore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Hisar Chandiarg
Age 30 Year Max.
Exp. 2 Year minimum (Prefer - Roofing & Pre Engineered Building)
Education M.B.A.(Marketing)/Graduate
Package 1.80 Lacs to 3.00 Lacs
Area Cover State level/ Multi State level
Minimum 2 years experience in building material direct sales like Tiles
Roofing, wooden cement, ceramics steel etc or
Candidate should have a flair for design, excellent people skills and passion to build customer relationship.

Job Description
Dear Candidate,
- Interacting with Industrialist, Architect, Engineers, Civil Contractor, Construction Companies, Government & all the major clients & companies.
- Project sales, channel sales, industrial area visit etc.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Handling Dealer & Distributors
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior managers
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
(1) Consultation of minimum no. of customers per day (with adequate preparation like route planning, product knowledge, customer background)
(2) Give demonstrations & details of products
(3) Communicate with customer regarding requirements, offers, quotations, payments & finalization etc.
(4) Maintain customer base and provide customer service
(5) File daily sales reports (DSR)
(6) Attend Monthly review meeting with responsible manager
(7) Stay updated regarding product knowledge and market situation.
(8) Frequently traveling in assign area or state.
