Candidates only from Pharma industry & critical care segment.

Exposure in handling Antibiotics, Critical care, Injectables, Multispecialty products.

1. Candidates currently working as Second line manager/ First line manager/ Area Business Manager/ Regional Business Manager may apply.

Job Role

• Ensure increase in primary and secondary business goals
• Meeting doctors on day to day basis to convenience them to prescribe our products
• Provide inputs for business development strategies
• Monitor and train field team to ensure target achievements
• Coordinate with head office staff for maintaining inventory levels
• Generating and maintaining data for each field member to monitor performance and forecasting
• Business opportunities
• Coordinating and ensure all the CRM approvals and disbursements based on facts submitted
• Training field team to address day to day queries and educating on new products
• Incentive planning and execution for field team
• Relationship building with our clients and doctors for continuous business
