CTC: Fix 2.55 LPA + Incentives
Recruitment agent and management of agency channel team members.
Training, motivating and development of team members.
Archive monthly and yearly target through your team.
Guiding the Team to sell the products on the market.
The Business Development Management role is responsible for generating new business from the Broker sector and meeting production targets by introducing your company's product range to existing and new producers.The role will also involve training.

Required Candidate profile
2+ years of any Sales and Marketing experience.(BFSI exp first prefer)
Any Graduation Required
Age between 24 to 35 Years
Lived in Current location minimum for 3-4 Year
Candidate prefer with field work
