Company is your friendly associate for all fresh and healthy daily needs of A2 Milk, Butter Milk, Curd, A2 Desi Ghee, Fresh Fruits, Vegetable and Homemade Foods, Grains and Cereals and other Groceries by partnering with marginal farmers who are trained by our experienced experts in growing vegetables and fruits in their ancestral fertile farms. We educated and train them to follow traditional way of farming by using natural water resources, organic manure by nurturing native breed of Cow in Ancient Indian Vedic Wisdom techniques. Founded in 2019, a company with a vision of product excellence and market leadership and our team of engineers, product specialists, operations & business development and growth leads has been working hard over the past few months to take on a new challenge of empowering India.
Oyedesi is actively looking to add full-time Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. If you believe that you strive for excellence in what you do and would go the extra mile to achieve whatever is needed, this opportunity might be an interesting prospect for you.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
- Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
- Setting customer service standards
- Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
- Investigating and setting standards for quality and hygiene
- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
- Writing management and technical reports and customers charters
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
- Directing objectives to maximize efficiency and increase profitability
- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
- Supervising, Monitoring and Training ground level staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Computer Science or Management Information Systems: or any other equivalent degree or experience.
- 2- 3 years of previous work experience in ecommerce domain.
- Assertive, details oriented, with good analytical and investigation skills.
- Definitely should have expertise in MS Excel.
