Job: Business Development Manager/Sales Development Manager

• Qualification:Graduate
• Age:24 to 35 years

• Experience:2 Years of experience as Sales / Marketing (Relieving Letter / Resignation acceptance mail mandatory)

• Should have good communication skill in English & Hindi

Job Responsibility:

• To develop the insurance business in assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
• Strategic planning for business development of insurance product in coordination with Sales head of the region.
• Training of the sales team and advisors on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by Head office.
• Relationship building with insurance companies and visioning for activity management.
• Review of Sales team on insurance product Sales.
• Activity Planning, Execution and overall management.
• Secondary Role
• Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
• Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentation for bringing new advisors in the business.
• No Consultancy Charge / Service Charge
