We are hiring for Call Center

On-Role of ICICI

Salary : Rs.16,200 In hand.

5 days working process.

The job Responsibility :

1. Identifying, Handling and resolving customer queries and concerns on CALL

2. the necessary follow-up requests with other functions by completing record logs

3. Understanding multiple products and processes

4. customers service by following a prepared script to give product reference information
