Job Summary

Minimum 1 yr of Experience as Education Sales-Engineering Course Selling

Minimum 1 yr of Experience as IIT/JEE/NEET Courses Selling

Must have Sales experience with any Edutech company. Candidate will be responsible for Selling IIT/JEE/NEET Courses/test preparation/study materials to students and parents. Meeting them personally and close the deal. Must have excellent communication skills.

4.0 Lac to 5.0 Lac(annually)

Selection Criteria


  • Graduation Degree mandatory
  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)preferred


  • Minimum 1 yr of Experience as Education Sales -Engineering Course Selling
  • Minimum 1 yr of Experience as IIT/JEE/NEET Courses Selling
  • Minimum 1 yr to 5 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Education / Training mandatory
  • Candidate must have 6 months Sales of IIT/JEE/NEET courses selling experience with any Edutect company such as Aakash, Allen, Byjus, College Dekho, Embibe, Etoos, FIITJEE, JEE, Meritnation, Meritto, Next Education, Pentagon, Toppr, Unacademy, Thedustore, Vedantu etc


  • Laptop / Desktop required
  • Must have Laptop and good connectivity Wifi


  • 21 - 35 yrs


  • Excellent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
  • Fluent Hindi skills - Ability to Speak

  • Candidate must be comfortable for extensive field work

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth
  • Communicate company products and services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs
  • Document and update CRM with daily activities as required
  • Achieve weekly and monthly goals
  • Be a self starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-diectional
  • Remain knowledgeable about all organizations products and services to facilitate sales efforts
  • Completing input numbers on daily basis and taking up revenue responsibility
  • To research and analyze the customers requirements and present best solutions
  • Research key customer wants and needs Selection process
  • There are three rounds for the selection process:
    • Aptitude Test
    • Personal Interview - 1st Round
    • Personal Interview - 2nd Round
