Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience Required: Freshers or Experience
Job Description:
Develop the organizations pay policy that includes flexible benefits, leave encashment policy, and more
Define pays lip components basic and variable pay, HRA, LTA, etc.
Arrive at the net pay by calculating gross salary and deducting the statutory and non-statutory sums
Finally, release employee salary.
File returns and deposit dues such as TDS, PF, and more, with respective authorities.
Check and control over their contractors and the labor under them.
Recruitment, Induction, Attendance, Payroll, Statutory Compliances, Appraisals, MIS activities, Expense Management.
Knowledge of labor laws, Contract Labor Act, Minimum Wages Act/Payment of Wages Act.
The experience shall include recruitment, performance management system, training and development, contract labor management.
