Product Expert - Sap S/4hana Fashion @ SAP India

The Role :

• Responsible for the success, quality, cost management and delivery of a product, product group or complex project in the whole product lifecycle as defined in the portfolio.
• Ensures close collaboration with partner team members and acts as a bridge between SAP and partner delivery, in managing stakeholders? expectations. Manage collaboration with partners and internal product team in aligning product priorities, code quality and SAP development standards.
• Analyzes technology trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities for SAP. Contributes to business case, develops and drives a product vision and a product roadmap.
• Follows all agile principles owning and prioritizing product backlog which reflects customer and user needs in order to achieve competitive advantage and increases the value for the customer.
• Constantly evaluate competitive products on basis of publicly available information to ensure his/her product is on - par or competitive in the current market.
• Customer roll - in. Conducts interviews, participates in customer events.
• Comes with broad functional understanding around the areas of Retail, SD, MM, MRP and others, and expertise in some of the specific areas to define and prioritize backlogs.
• Identifies opportunities and drives innovation in respective topics and domains of the functional role.

Role Requirements:

• Overall 10 years of Retail industry expertise with an established role of a Product Expert, with a strong functional background and competencies, and a track record of individual product delivery accomplishments.
• Minimum 5 years? experience in the SAP development, project management, solution management, product management, presales, consulting or support.
• Experience building highly available, secure and scalable enterprise products.
• Knowledge on roll - in and roll - out concepts and tools and ability to present complex information in a clear and appealing manner.
• Proficient knowledge in core ERP modules including Logistics / Manufacturing / Retail / Planning etc. and experience in existing IS - Retail/AFS/FMS or any other industry solution would be optimal.
• Sound knowledge in technology trends and thought leadership to drives product vision and road map
• Experienced in test driven development and agile development
