Job Description

Role Description :Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teamsoverall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : A: Should be able write and execute COBOL programs having VSAM files, DB2,JCL,SORT and CICS commands Should have knowledge in building new or changing the existing CICS screens B: Should have some prior Financial domain experience preferably in V modules like CMS, FAS,ITS and TRAMS C: Should be able to handle the entire SDLC from Design till Deployment and post production support
Technical Experience : A: Should have a good Knowledge in Cobol, JCL, VSAM, DB2, SORT, ENDEVOR, CA7, CICS B: Should have knowledge on CMS, FAS, ITS and TRAMS V modules C:Overall 4 Yrs of Mainframe development/Maintenance Experienc
Professional Attributes : A: Resource should have good communiation skills B: Resource should have good Analytical skills,
