Technical Need:

• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer and basic knowledge of server hardware
• Hands-on experience with Desktop Windows/Linux environments & basic server OS installation
• Working knowledge of MS office products (Outlook) and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
• Basic Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting
• To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system
• Perform quality work on all service requests/incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware as per user request
• Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment
