Job Description

Designation: Service Engineer ( Paver ) Experience: 4+ year Salary: Upto 25 K ( As per the experience ) Location: Near Ratlam ( CSA Site)     Job Description Performs service works on existing equipment, as well as installation and commissioning activities on new equipment.

x Provides site technical support to customers, assists in troubleshooting product problems in the field.

x Performs overhaul and repair of all equipment components and systems as assigned by the supervisor.

x Instructs customers in product usage by conducting training for operation and maintenance personnel.

x Provides work leadership and trains technicians when required.

x Assists customers remotely with technical support and troubleshooting

x Prepares daily logs and reports of work performed.
