As a Project Manager, you need to possess strong understanding of the basic aptitude for project management principles. Good interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors and internal teams.
Responsibilities and Duties of a Project Manager
- Manage project deliverables including project schedule through Xyloop, project tracking, and conducting quality audits.
- Ensure assigned projects are completed within schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.
- Establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project updates for clients.
- Highly focussed on Customer communication and Customer experience.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new changes as a part of the project execution.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- You ideally have 3 years experience in managing residential projects.
- Worked as a Project Executive / Project Manager with organised players / studios.
- Experienced in Project Schedule and Tracking (Tool used at Livspace is MSP - Microsoft Projects).
- Expertise in Project execution.
- Thorough knowledge of costing and preparing project commercials (Bill of Quantity, Discounts etc).
- You are self-motivated to be the absolute best at what you do.
- Should be highly resourceful and action - based.
