Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Handling Customer Service.
  • Generating leads closing, cold calls over telephone and provoking prospects to open an account with Arihant Capital.
  • Should be able to handle all the queries problems of retail client, HNI client, and corporate clients etc as per their profile to get customer satisfaction by solving their queries.
  • Servicing existing HNI Clients and Sub Brokers in the required regions
  • Updation of the reports on the website.
  • Co-ordination with other department to provide resolution whenever required.
  • Co-ordination with Accounts team for the Payment done for the Product Subscription.
  • Replying to customer's mail including the follow ups till the last resolution.
  • Daily accessing, segregating leads forwarding to other department.
  • Handling the incoming calls for Request, Queries, Suggestions and Complaints etc.
  • Multitasking abilities
