Job Description
One of our clients looking for DotNet Trainers for their Corporate Office in Kochi.
Course Curriculum would be C#, ASP.net, MVC and WCF. Experience or Knowledge about AngularJS, NodeJS, ReactJS, ReactNative will be an added advantage.

Job Description :
- Minimum 1 to 3 Years of training experience in .Net technologies including C#, ASP.net, VB.net and MVC
- Experience and knowledge in Angular JS, Node JS & React JS would be added advantage.
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Capacity to design Course curriculum in the above skill sets and also for new technologies
- Flexible to learning and upgradation par industry standards
- Ability to give counseling and mentoring to trainees
- Ready for migration

Education : UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required

- Solid communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles.
- Ability to handle the Training Division and Team
- Examples of adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member.
- Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.
- Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise.
- A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
- Creative, forward thinker.
- Coaching and leadership skills.
Reporting :
- Comfortable working in MIS and reporting to Director About day to day
- Training calendar
- Co-coordinating with team members and updating day to day routine procedure Relevant to class and lab sessions
- Ensure that trainees follow the code of conduct and discipline from time to time.
- Assessment and evaluation of Trainees performance and progress by reporting the same
