Job Description
- Business Development through Channel Sales
- Responsible for achieving Monthly, Quarterly & annual sales and profit objectives.
- To obtain new business and increase recurring sales though relationship selling.
- Developing good relation with Doctors, Purchasers & Biomedical staff in Hospitals and giving them personalized sales presentations.
- To Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective dealers & distributors.
- Must have Strong Relations in the Industry with Corporate hospitals as well as Dealer & Distributors.
- Managing MIS & Must be able to analyze complex data, situations and develop range of solutions.
- Identifying new trends and giving inputs to company for innovation and expansion.
- Preparing monthly sales report and presenting the sales forecast for monthly production planning.
Required Candidates skills:-
- Should have Min. 5 - 8 yrs of channel sales experience in Medical / Surgical devices (Consumable) out of Cardiology, Cardiac, PM, Respiratory and Dialysis segments.
- Must have good experience in developing good relation with Doctors, Purchasers & Biomedical staff in Hospitals and giving them personalized sales presentations.
- Should have good academic record in school and minimum a Graduation degree.
- Must have excellent knowledge of computers - MS Excel, Word & power point etc.
- Person must be energetic, enthusiastic and having sound decision making ability.
