Qualification: I. BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MSc/ MCA qualification or equivalent II. Post graduation in Technology is preferred Experience: Minimum 1yrs of exp as NOC Apply technical knowledge to monitor and administrate one or more technology areas (e.g. Servers, Network administration, etc) Monitoring and Event Management: Ensure active monitoring of customer infra remotely the automation built in the ITSM tool Should have experience in network device compliances with all frame works defined by UIDAI like security, authentication & authorisation, monitoring, incident Management & Change Management. Incident Management: Resolve single and cross technology incidents independently. Help the team members to resolve complex or cross technology incidents where possible. Problem Management: Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent problems from occurring in team/technology area. Perform Trend and Root cause analysis and escalate where needed Teamwork: Work as part of a team Becoming a trusted advisor inside and outside the team/technology area. Knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, Virtualization, Business, Continuity, Disaster Recovery. Ability to script and identification of opportunities of automation of routine tasks. Able to work with respective vendor of REST API/SDK for creating common dashboard or operational desk for network. Strong Basics of Server and Network technology (HPE servers/VMware/HPE Network devices etc) Interacting with clients, understanding their needs & providing technical support to clients by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the issues raised Experience working in a NOC monitoring and Helpdesk teams
