Executive/Trainee Customer Experience


Pocket FM is a social audio platform for Indian languages where users can find high quality audio shows ranging from audiobooks, podcasts & self-help content.

We are reimagining the traditional radioto build an internet-scale platform to bring together communities to share stories and spread knowledge. Our mission is to give voice to Indian stories and wisdom.

Started by IIT Kharagpuralumni, Pocket FM has grown to 1 Million + users and more than 10,000 creators in less than 12 months. We are backed by some of the most prominent VCs in India and are the market leader in the audio space.

We are seeking for individuals who are passionate aboutbuilding audio content ecosystem in India for the next 500 million users in India. If you are deeply passionate about content and want to make an impact on the Indian content ecosystem, Pocket FM is the right place for you.



What youll do

  • Ensure consumer gets a seamless experience while using the app
  • Customer receives outstanding support for their queries and other needs
  • Identify and report any content issues from the app
  • Analyze & implement the ways to improve the ratings of App on Playstore & AppStore
  • Become a heavy user of the app, interact with other users and identify the ways to improve consumer experience
  • Drive the community of creators & writers wherever the interaction with users are required.
  • Own the issues and drive the rectification of the same through multiple stakeholders

Who you are

  • 1-3 years of work experience in sales/business development/ community management or any role involving direct dealing with the customers
  • Own and manage processes and reporting with cross-functional partners for tracking and monitoring performance on content creation
  • Has love for fictional content and the overall experience excites you
  • Analytical mindset to identify and quickly solve problems
  • Stellar project management skills to maintain time-schedules
  • Extrovert.Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
  • FMCG, E-Commerce, Media, Technology & Internet background preferred

Language Proficiency: English,Hindi&Bengali

Salary:120,000-180,000

Location: Bangalore (WFH from anywhere in India during COVID 19 restrictions. A good laptop and internet connection are mandatory)
