Alternate Channel - Service and Channel Support Manager (Merchant Acquiring Business)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure service delivery to POS merchants
- Coordinate with vendor ops teams, Bank Ops team and other internal stakeholders for service delivery
- Coordinate with banks POS channel to fulfill customer service requirements
- Proactively come-up with ideas to make banks merchant servicing better
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have high degree of customer orientation
- Should have basic understanding of payments ecosystem
- Very good interpersonal skills; Ability to coordinate with the channel with no friction
- Good command over data
