Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish)
As a member of development team should be able to understand the requirements and develop solutions.
Understand the reported issues and find resolutions.
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
Responsible for developing middleware solution using TIBCO BW 6 and EMS.
Responsible for developing, configuring and maintenance of ESB layer with APIGateway.
Understand the requirements and participate in the discussions to build suitable components/solutions.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
Solid knowledge of TIBO BW, EMS and Java
Good knowledge of BPM and RDBMS
Good understanding of the technologies that are relevant.
Insurance domain understand ( preferred )
Personal Attributes & Competencies
Good team handling ability
Good Analytical ability and ability to grasp the applications used by Exide Life.
Good communication including
Attitude for defining and adherence to processes
Performance Measures (The quantitative measures of the jobs overall responsibility)
Delivery on time as stipulated in SLA.
Manage processes and other stakeholders
