Key Responsibilities
1 Work closely with business teams to ensure that customer engagement is sustained and improved over a period of time
2 Independently drive projects and manage relationship with stakeholders
3 Deep dive investigations and analysis to understand activation, attrition, engagement , authorization
4 Engage with business to drive right offer to right customer at right time
5 Build capabilities to help us do things in more sharper and effective manner
Qualifications
Essential B.E. or B.tech or MBA or MCA Experience Essential ~5- 7 years
