Your Role

Overall responsible for formulate and execution of LoginRadius marketing and demand/lead generation strategies to exceed lead generation quota:

• Inbound Demand Generation and Conversion. Lead the development, execution and optimization of multi-channel inbound demand generation programs via Content, SEO, Social, and other inbound methods. Recommend and drive content strategy. Lead the conversation strategies and efforts to convert the traffic to MQLs, MQLs to SQLs.

• All Paid Marketing efforts including SEM, Retargeting, ABM . Plan and deploy paid programs to achieve growth targets including campaign ad development, landing page optimization testing and analyses

• Market planning and strategy. Work with sales and product team to develop market analyses, segmentation and strategies

• KPIs and dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly monitoring. Track, manage andprogress relative to ROI, revenue attribution and campaign investments.

Requirement Summary

• A minimum of 5 years of Software/SaaS experience and a demonstrated track record in marketing leadership role

• Experience with inbound and outbound marketing programs including account-based marketing programs

• University degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Director or other senior roles

• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

• Strong leadership skills

• Excellent communications skills

• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions
