Minimum Qualification Required

  • BHM.
  • Excellent F&B knowledge, must understand the concept of luxury, have excellent guest handling, analysing and problem solving skills.
  • Supervise activites in a speciality Fine Dining Restaurant, menu planning, Analysing reports, preparing budgets, suggestive and Upselling, and planning food festivals.
  • Evaluate health and safety practices against standards, Guide, direct, and train staff.
