Job Profile- Desktop Support Engineer L2 Position.
No. of vacancies- 18
Eligibility Criteria-
  • Experience Required: 1 Year - 2 years
  • Quality and Process Knowledge
  • Must have good English communication skills (No MTI)
  • Willing to Work on Shifts based on the projects need
  • Must be a graduate and should have all marksheets until last sem of graduation without any backlogs.(Academic career must be 50% or above)
  • If any year Gap is there it must not be more than 2 years
  • Should have last company's payslips,offer letter ,experience letter,aadhar card and pancard.
  • No Distance/Correspondence/Open Schooling/night school courses are allowed.
  • Ready to work in 24*7 shift(6 days working)
  • Notice Period- Immediate joiners

Job Description-
  • First level hardware support - Diagnosing the problem and getting the same resolved
    through respective vendors, as per the severity level assigned to it.
  • Support on desktop OS and other proprietary applications and software. (Remotely /
    On site).
  • Support for mail client on the End user system & mobile device.
  • Resolving end user printer configuration problems.
  • Escalate problems to vendors, follow-up and monitor SLA
    Change Management - Performing Install, Move, Add or Change (IMAC) at the client
    level.
  • Anti-Virus Control on desktops and laptops.
  • Resource is responsible to troubleshoot the desktop/laptop related problems and
    escalate to vendor wherever necessary.
  • Record / Track such escalated calls and monitor SLA till closure.
  • Coordinate for all Video conferencing requirements and first level basic support on VC
    equipments and managing the end to end VC support till VC completion except Hardware issues, Escalate Hardware issues to vendor and coordinate for closure.
  • Specialized L1 & L2 support team for handling Mobile devices management
    (IPad/iPhone/Android) for all the users.
  • Tools shall be used by Helpdesk Team for Remote Diagnostics (and eventually remote
    problem resolution) of User PCs.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to the technology controls laid out by Risk and
    Information Security Organization eg. Backup tool, encryption tool, DLP tool , PAM ( privileged access management), SAM (Software asset management) tools.
  • Hardware problem Identification and coordination with hardware vendor needs to be
    done by FMS however replacement of faulty part will be done by OEM

Roles and Responsilibilities-
The Desktop support Engineers shall provide assistance to the IT users
The Engineers will be deployed full-time as per the project timings as required.
Responsible for providing IT assistance to include application support, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting,adhering to resolution time
Troubleshoot problems with Laptop Hardware, Application, printer and OS
Configuration of devices attached to laptops.
Skills to provide Remote support on Phone or through tool
Management of user accounts and access controls to client data
Should handle installation and configuration of Antivirus Software on all the Desktops and update Anti-Virus patches.
Support, administration and management of Windows NT/2000/XP workstations and/or servers
Configuring Microsoft Outlook / Outlook Express
Perform system software and hardware maintenance, evaluate, test and integrate upgrades to operating systems, support software and applications
Response & closure of calls within committed norms
Reducing repetitive calls, Backup & Restoration.
Salary- Rs 13500 in hand(Mumbai)
Rs 10k in hand (Vadodara )
One way cab facility will be provided for odd hours+PF+ESI
