Technical & Business Skills
Must Have
- Should have good analytical/logical approach on troubleshooting for resolving hardware issues related to the below mentioned products
- Industry Standard Server Knowledge Intermediate knowledge on server components like System board, Processor, Power Supply, Hard Drive, Memory, etc., and Concepts including RAID & Connectivity
- Industry Standard Storage Knowledge Knowledge on DAS, NAS & SAN
- Industry Standard Networking Knowledge Knowledge on IP addressing, subnetting routing and switching, ethernet and FC connectivity
- VMware and Linux product knowledge Knowledge on how the platform works, skills on executing commands.
- Possess good spoken, written communication and customer handling skills
- Certification(s): CompTIA Server + will be an added advantage
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification Bachelor/Masters in technical field or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in Linux/Linux products.
