Employees working for IT organizations with strong Technical Knowledge and Hiring Experience are much preferred, and compensated accordingly.

Work Mode: WFH / Online [ Telephonic / Video Conference (skype, zoom) / F2F (on-demand) ]

Compensation: Fixed Hourly Payment for Entry-level & Lead Basis / Profit Sharing for filling Senior positions (Negotiable)

  • Technical Screening of CVs, Telephonic / Video Interaction, Skills Assessment, Project Scrutiny, Technical Evaluation, Candidate Selection
  • Job Responsibilities

  • Understand Job Description thoroughly, Understand organizational/departmental needs in particular
  • Discussion with technical specialists, Meetings with on-site Hiring Manager if necessary
  • Review of Resumes received from HR-recruiters, select candidates for interviews
  • Conducting technical interviews (video/telephonic) on specified skills
  • Measuring feedback, metrics and submition to the organization/client
  • Technical Requirements

  • Conduct competetive interviews for the selection of candidates on relevant skills to fill technical vacancies.
  • Should focus on job requirements throughout the interview session measuring candidate's relevant skills.
  • Assessment in Analysis, Design, Implementation, Code Review, Testing, Defect Fixing & Customer Supporting skills.
  • Assessment in Development methodologies like SDLC, Agile, Exposure to Design aspects like SOA, POS, SOAP, etc.
  • Assessment in job relevant Technologies, DevOps & Tools like Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence, SVN, Git, etc.
  • Assessment in Data Structures, Algorighms, Design Patterns & SQL knowledge on various Databases.
  • Candidate's exposre to various engineering teams like Dev, QA, Cx, CoE, Prod.Mgmt, SCM and Stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Design(UML) tools like Flow Charts, DFDs, E-R, Use Case, Class, Package, Activity & Sequence Diagrams.
  • Soft Skills

  • Excellent Communication skills and Telephone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational skills to conduct technical interactions effectively
  • Excellent attention to job description and discussions with Hiring Manager & Management
  • Ability to work autonomously and motivated without direct supervision
  • Adaptive and flexible interviewing on multiple technologies
