Job Responsibilites

  • Would be responsible for technical recruitment process (Domestic hiring)
  • Understand Job Description thoroughly, Understand organizational & departmental needs in particular.
  • Responsible to understand and analyse the client requirements in different technical skill set categories.
  • Should know to search job portals and screen Cvs of expertise in various industries and functional domains.
  • Responsible in full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding.
  • Job Requirements

  • Should have experience into Domestic/US IT Staffing, and in end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Should have experience and well versed with the sourcing based on Portals & Other Social Media, Linkedin etc.
  • Should be well experienced and familiar with technical skills and updated with the present market tools & trends.
  • Experience in handling and responding to Client (Upstream) and Vendors (Downstream) queries received while onboarding.
  • The queries can be responded thru email or voice/video calls. So, require good communication skills.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Soft Skills

  • Excellent Communication skills and Telephone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational skills, ability to develop and implement recruitment plans
  • Familiar with basic computer & internet skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work autonomously and motivated without direct supervision
  • Adaptive and flexible woking with multiple job portals

  • * Freelance recruiters willing WFH/Part-Time/SideGig, on CTC sharing basis, This isn't fixed salary based full-time, but on Lead Based, Should have their own system, internet, mobile & other equipment. Commission will be 35% - 50% of revenue/CTC generated by recruiter on each placment, of the revenue generated by the recruiter (20% is recruitment market standard). *
